ROOFING SURVEYS

Our drone-based thermal inspection services provide a fast, accurate, and non-invasive way to assess the condition of commercial flat roofs. Using high-resolution thermal imaging cameras, our drones can quickly detect hidden moisture intrusion, insulation failures, heat loss, and other issues that are often invisible to the naked eye. This allows building owners, facility managers, and roofing contractors to pinpoint problem areas without the need for destructive testing or costly manual inspections. Our aerial approach minimizes risk, eliminates the need for rooftop walking, and captures comprehensive thermal data across large roof surfaces in a fraction of the time. With detailed reporting and actionable insights, we help you prevent leaks, extend roof life, and make informed maintenance decisions before small issues turn into expensive repairs.

These images were captured at a facility with no reported or visible leaks. However, they indicate evidence of moisture intrusion, which is compromising the integrity of the roofing material in several areas. While this condition does not present an immediate concern for the facility owner, the weakened roofing increases the risk of significant damage during high-wind events.

We are able to identify areas of moisture intrusion because moisture-retaining materials release heat more slowly after sunset, whereas dry areas cool at a faster rate. This variation in thermal retention allows us to clearly distinguish and pinpoint areas of concern.
